I hardly eat potatoes at all anymore. For my own health I get to fill up on steaks, bacon, hamburger of some sort, fish, chicken, etc, etc. Oh, and don’t spare the butter! Salt an issue? Not at all, put a bit extra on. It’s very easy to enjoy a low carb meal.

Some will say it’s expensive. The truth is when you skip by the chip and junk food aisle you can buy a lot of good meat and still spend less money. Frankly, I couldn’t care less if it would be more expensive. It is far more expensive to buy drugs to counter the effects a lifetime of unhealthy eating.
