Morris, IL | I have thought the same thing and never figured it out. If was lightweight could be on a hinge that turns the cone sideways when up, folds down and upright but that’s just cone.
Keeping all the valves and motor at reach was easier to have deck about work bench level then cut round hole mount cone lower.
