southern mn | Not sure about 70,000 but when I was in tech school in the Air Force our instructor told us of a story where he was talking to a B58 pilot who said he was at 60,000 and was looking up at the tops. This apparently was around Dallas. We are getting dry around here but living on good subsoil so far. Just googled that and 70,000 is not a stretch.
