Custer County, Nebraska		It just seems like our regional weather has changed somehow. I don't remember this constant extreme weather when I was younger.

You get stuff planted and it gets washed out or the stuff survives long enough to get pummeled by hail.

The farming window has gotten so short; it is increasingly difficult to get things done before another weather event comes along.
