Have some kind of crud in a pasture water tank. Looks like floating turds. No cow can get in or near to dump in them. Looking for a product to clean up whatever this stuff is. Tanks were cleaned and swept before filling. Had a lot of bees near them but moved the bees. No change. Looking for suggestions. Thinking of trying bleach and see what happens. Any thoughts? tia
