| Looking at both, 2015 Magnum 280 and 2013 Fendt 828. Both claim 280 engine hp, Fendt claims higher pto hp. Similar hrs. Both 30 mph and front suspension. I like both but probably like the Fendt transmission more (the Magnum is a power shift). The Magnum is going to have a brand new engine after having gone through the Case IH PIP program on the seals. The Fendt is quite a bit more $ but then will probably have better resale. Case IH dealer 10 minutes away, Fendt an hour and a half. Going to mainly be doing custom manure application and silage cart pulling, but want to be able to get in 30inch rows too.
