Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | The LED on the liquid module is an indication of the CAN (communication side of things) status. It should be flashing green. If it shows nothing then there likely is a problem in the CAN connection between it and the rest of the system. I suppose it could mean a total failure of the module but I would check the connections first.
These are the round connectors that contain red, black, green and yellow wires. These wires connect the display and all modules together. Maybe you will be lucky and just find this is disconnected or unplugged somewhere along the line.
