| One of the very first things I'd check out is the stuffer timing as it may not be correct. That said, I'd expect it to be more prone to breaking stuffer shearbolts if that's the case, but it could be doing something like trying to cut a flake in half.
What hardware are you using for the flywheel shearbolts? Are they bought from AGCO or elsewhere? If the former, what part number?
Can you elaborate on the knotter problems? Is it wrapping the billhooks? Are all the hay dogs operating? | |
