SW Ontario
- I believe what the owner is telling you is correct. Those tractors, in my experience, come with 3 remotes standard. 1&2 have flow control, 3 doesn't, I'm not sure if you could add a 4th remote with flow control or not, but most guys that need a 4th remote don't need it, so why pay for it?
-A tier 4 engine is basically a tier 2 engine (common rail) with SCR added. To my knowledge, deletes are available, though I'd be careful doing that anymore.
-The 3pth knob on the armrest is what gives the EDC away. I am very confident that EDC and fixed displacement are available together in T4A. They use closed center valves on those tractors anyways, so it makes very little difference.
-The low pro roof has the thin plastic roof. A normal roof has the lights and flashers 'built in'.
First one is low pro- https://www.tractorhouse.com/listings/farm-equipment/for-sale/339615...
Second one is a standard roof- https://media.sandhills.com/img.axd?id=4348880449&wid=4326205933&rwl...
-The low pro roof models have the filters above the back window. Just always seem to be dirty, and not that it'd concern you much, but when snow blowing, they're always soaked and moldy. The standard roof has them above either door toward the rear, and generally just stay much cleaner.
-Front PTO rotation really depends on the make of hitch. Typically, I see Zuidberg hitches, and they tend to be CW rotation, so that blowers, etc, can be mounted without any modification.
I believe Zuidberg gearboxes can be reworked with minimal effort to get CCW or CW rotation, at least the bigger ones (Puma)
