Patriot is correct,,,79 is the road to take. We like to take the grandkids over that way to see barges go through at Clarksville or Saverton, then go to Hannibal. There are several scenic overlooks on 79 between Louisiana and Hannibal, some are better than others, but just stop at all them. Lovers Leap overlook at Hannibal is good. Rebel Pig at Palmyra is good
