| I live in the river bottom at montrose. Like others have mentioned, the river road from keokuk to Montrose is a nice drive. I also like the road from Quincy to Warsaw ill. Not much scenery of the river, but you drive through a very large bottom with many big fields. If the hotel nauvoo was open, it's a great place to eat. If you like Italian, angellinis in keokuk and la tavola in Burlington are very good choices. The keokuk dam and powerhouse would be a goid tour if not for covid. | |
