Hey Brian, if you want to see the river and bottom lands on the Missouri side take Hwy 79 instead of 61. Exits directly off of I-70 at St Peters/Ofallon. Pretty cool drive but not very fast. You will go right through Clarksville, Mo at Lock and Dam 25.
