Mechanicville, NY | msb - sorry for the delay. I personally prefer the second recipe, but you do whatever blows your hair back.
1/2 cup good quality chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (I like semisweet chocolate but dark chocolate works nicely too)
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
put chocolate and milk in microwave safe bowl and nuke for about a minute. stir well untill all chocolate is melted. add butter and stir again untill all is well incorporated. dip away! and put in waxed paper to harden. makes about 3/4 c.
OR
get about 8 oz. semisweet chocolate, dump in bowl, nuke for a minute, stir really well till smooth, add 1/2 c. whipping cream, stir really well again till smooth. dip! place on waxed paper to harden. total yum | |
