BC, Canada | Have you tried swapping the K3 starting relay with another one?
If you move your handle slowly from neutral to forward and neutral to reverse can you hear the in the armrest?
I’d swap relays. I’d try swapping A10 CAB modules with another machine if possible. If still nothing I’d pull the armrest apart and check the switches. You can do it under the tray and fuse panel but you need to find the harness and connector coming from the handle to check for switch operation
