My buddies motor is OM460LA CID 781
made 2007 450 HP @ 1900
It is a very clean motor and it seemed to run well. When he bought the very clean truck in Florida, it would shut off going down the road. Turn key off and back on and it would run and go down the road.
It did this a few times. So put the code reader on it and no codes. Tech said ground or wiring issue. My buddy had it hauled to Mich. And then a neighbor across the street from him had a rusty Western Star with a 3406E in it which had been rebuilt 150k mile ago so he bought that and removed the MB. $1600 if you can use it and you get the computer that is under the dash with all the history on it. I am not familiar with these motors but I would say there is nothing wrong with the motor. Fan to flywheel.
