Kingston,Mi
A letter from your lawyer explaining that moving legally install boundary markers is illegal, if it is just additional marker posts but not the actual survey pins, then explain trespass and its consequences. The consequences could be a significantly ugly fence, set 6 inches onto your property with the corners constructed of driven sheet piling. Only would need 10 ft. in each direction at the back corners and 10 ft. at the front corners(after having the underground inspection for utilities). attach woven wire to the sheet piling and allow it to grow up with poison ivy. Forbid any spraying on your 6 inches.
