It is a Pioneer gene for sure. I have had it on tile ditches that were installed in September and next June it looked like that. Company guy really was scratching his head. It will be fine. Once I had a field that had 12 green corn and 12 purple, I saw it from a mile away and first thought was that it died.
It will be ok.
