Right or wrong we just ordered a 28' Diamond C. Went with 12k axels and 17.5 tires. Really like some of the features of it and hope the build quality is there. Even went with the bolt on deck on the neck. Our last one was a Hillsboro and held up fairly well. I also was considering a PJ but their paint is less than desirable.
