A 450 cannot turn boom sections off when stopped! There is physical wires going from the switches to the boom valves. With either a PWM Close or Fast Close valve it can turn off the flow to the boom valves when stopped. The boom valves will still be in the ON position.
The only way the BOOM VALVES will turn off or on is by using the switches!
