SW Iowa | I planted some 64-35 April 21/22 in a field with a few other hybrids... not sure it was the fastest out of the ground and there may have been some stragglers (which it seemed like there were stragglers with about everything this year) but I thought emergence seemed about average. I had a couple bags of DynaGro 52vc63 (aka Agrigold 642-59) that was definitely way slower than everything else.
I had some pioneer genetics in other fields that didn't seem like it exactly jumped out of the ground, either. So I think it's more of a hybrid-specific thing than one company being better than another.
We caught some late frost and it seemed like it dinged the bigger corn a lot more than the spike to 2-leaf stuff, so not sure quick emergence was that much of a plus here this year anyway.
Edit: Updated info if first paragraph after looking at what hybrid was where on the monitor in the planter tractor.
