Well, I recently rolled up an old fence out there, so I'm afraid she could've injested a wire, also. The vet I talked to on the phone said since her tongue was all torn up and she bled out her eye that he thinks a varmint had been at her since she died. The vet even mentioned bloat as a possibility, but I really doubt that, I need to move them to another pasture, and they had been on this one for close to a week when this happened. I tried to be careful and pick up all the wires, but maybe I missed a little one. I think I'm just going to bury her and forget about it. Vet wants $100 to come out, $500 deductible, $50 for the dead truck leaves me with $150 if I value her, and they agree, at $800. This sucks and really pisses me off. I've never had a farm related claim, it's not like I'm someone who tries to scam the insurance company. They force you to buy this stupid insurance, then won't pay when you have a legitimate claim.
