Tell him to shop around. In my area prices are very competitive amoung 4-5 different suppliers. I paid 4.90/oz for BalancePro and 11.25/gallon for Glystar+ in 2-1/2's so your quotes look very high. Nh3 here is also only .27/unit, it is still the most economical way to go..
