SW South Dakota | I have a Hewlett Packard that has been good. I think it is a 251dw model. I'm sure they have a different model now as mine is almost 6 years old. I have it set up wireless but it can be connected with cat 5 to the router. I print things from my phone most of the time having the wireless setup. I think when I got it it cost about $300.
A couple years after getting mine I got my parents an all in one model 277dw. It's been good too and nice having a copier function. It was more expensive being all In one, i think about $450.
The nice thing with laser is if you don't print a lot the toner doesn't give you problems like an inkjet. It seemed like I wouldn't print anything for a while then had to get new ink cartridges when I did. I also get over 1000 pages printed on a toner cartridge in the laser. There are four cartridges and kind of expensive, but I've only replaced them all twice in 6 years. | |
