Sent mine in in January and then they went silent. Called the state SD and was told I need it to get tonnage plates, they get the OK from the government to issue them. Talked to a SD state trooper, he said they were told to ignore plates till further notice.
Finally went to a lady who does it for a living, cost me $45 to get what I can get for free. Haven't heard anything from the Feds.
Anybody got a stamped 2290 back from the Feds lately
