Northern Alberta | I can't comment on the Hagie specifically, but with my 4830 JD, when I start to bog I drop to 1st gear and work the hydro handle back and forth. If I just hold the hydro wide open it will power out so I back off the hydro and let the motor gain some RPM then apply hydro, back and forth. Has got me through many tough spots that I wold have never made it through otherwise. Another note for when you DO get stuck, it's best NOT to try to pull it out straight. Pull at a bit of an angle, perhaps 20-30 degrees. It will come out considerably easier than a straight pull. | |
