We had some super nosey people always gossiping and resenting us having more land than others in the area. This always seemed to fuel their resentment. So one night we put up a bunch of signs advertising new businesses that were going to be built. The one that really got the spit to spewin was the sign that mentioned low rent apartment complexes.
