Spent 25 years working for the county 20 as a mechanic and 5 driving truck. Worked 7:30-4 5 M-F worked good with farming, we had a real good vacation policy you could call in the morning and take the day off, call in at 10 and take the afternoon off, didn't have to take a whole day off, work till noon combine beans in the afternoon. Retired in Dec for both county and farming and enjoying it
