Drive grain truck for a guy in the winter. Kinda can work when I want.
Drive quad axle gravel truck in the summer. 60 hour weeks are normal. But can squeeze a Friday off every once and awhile. Prevailing wage jobs the $$ add up quickly.
Since I sold my dairy herd I need more to do in the off season of corn and soybeans. Also helps with health ins. premium.
What jobs do you guys have when not working on the farm?
