A load. It’s a buyer seller relationship. Maybe you have a neighbor with that. If Joe blow calls buyer out of the blue with 1 load and no relationship....might be tough to get them there to look.
My self, around October 1 I call all the buyers and tell’m to swing in and look....many of them never come look again for that turn, but bid. Buyers are good at taking notes.
