| I ran into the exact same problem that you're having about 20 years ago mine is a little different it's a 329. I stared at it for quite a while trying to come up with a way of making it work but the heater that I have is very similar to the one you have there. I just cut the hoses off to fit and tuck it in between the engine and the frame rail it's a little crooked but there's nothing holding it in there and it's been like that for quite a few years
