Missouri | I left them on so a few of the older guys who visit could see the old traditional sweeping horns that line was known for, but I'm definitely going to have to tip them like you're talking. I'm probably too late, but the older breeders told me when you tip them to cut at an angle starting closer to the head and moving away. It supposedly makes them curve down a little as they keep growing so they can't flip things as easily and injure the other bulls. |
