Subject: RE: Two track tractor opinions

Carbondale, KS

I like my 765.  I don't use NH3 but do pull my 16 row Case 2800 liquid applicator with it.  No tillage except for new ground or newly constructed terraces where I pull a 32' sunflower soil finisher and I guess that's fine.  Tillage sucks so not sure i'm the best person to ask.  I plant with the same tracked tractor and like that.  I will say though 330 hp with <1% slip is hard on stuff...it just isn't forgiving where a wheeled tractor may slip some but I wouldn't change it (bull headed perhaps?).  Berming is no worse than a wheeled tractor according to my wheeled tractor friend that has rode with me.  Really like it on the grain cart.

They ride great in the field.  Little rough on the road but you spend more time in the field than the road.  That's what the decelerator pedal is for, I just wish i'd remember those spots in the road better :).
