Nebraska aka the boondocks
Are you in favor of oil companies using eminent domain to force their pipelines through someone’s property? Eminent domain is a “taking” enforced by the government! Additionally, the rfs is the law of the land, equivalent to the clean water and air acts etc., are you saying the government shouldn’t or can’t enforce them? The Congress can and did tell refiners to blend etol to clean up the air and to stop using products that polluted the water as oxygenates. Frankly I don’t understand why this is so complicated. For people to spit on the rfs and then say “but I like the clean water act,” is nothing but typical legal ala carte, I will pick and choose what is legal and what is not.
