Dupont couldn't throw a fit over Herculex because DOW is the one who brought Herculex to the marketplace not Dupont. Actually Dupont has brought zero technologies to the market place in the last 12 years.

No one is arguing Dupont's technology status. The argument is Monsanto's big brother attitude toward competing technology. OBVIOUSLY Monsanto does NOT want GAT to come to the market. What reason would they fight the stacking? Might they license soybean lines through ProAcess to short line seed companies? I don't know but they sure are being PIGS! Another ANTI COMPETITION move. It's nice to not have competition on the market for your Dicamba beans!

Why would ANYBODY in any business want to do anything to help their competition? That's why it's called competition. If you're bidding on a farm and you know the highest bid is $145, then you go and bid $160, would you call the other farmer and tell him what he needed to bid to beat you?
