SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass! | You're not the first. Drill the cap thread it, but pull it out with a slide hammer. There's a hole in the wheel hub the lines up with the load sense bar for removing it when the wheels are clearing works good for pulling those plugs out as well. You may get lucky and be able to use a small screwdriver and stick in the edges and fry those out and after you get the first one out you can just drive the load sense bar through and drive the second one out. We always use one old load sense bar as a punch because it had the notch in the end and was just kind of right for doing the job.
