  Yup it's the american way except for them. when the state comes along and takes your land they pay a small amount for damages. You have no choice but give it to them or they take  it anyway... After all it's for the common good. when the electric company needs a right of way the land is condemned,it's for the common good.So for awhile Gm and Dodge will pay the price but when the technology reaches a certain plane it becomes common good and all are entitled to the information.Free of charge.

  When the common folks wake up and decide it's for the common good to have all seed companies equal we will not have this problem. Any seed company or any other enterprise should be expected to be rewarded for their work, but there comes a time when rewarding is more like raping. we are getting close now.  this may be the right congress and the right time to get things back on and even keel.

    There is no need to invent the wheel twice,which reminds me why don't we all pay a price for the right to use the wheel. Somebody invented it. Had to have been as smart as any other but yet they get nothing. Why should modern companies be in a different position?
