Oh there is quite a bit in the ground here. Most is crap. Probably half will be replanted. Chance of rain 10 out of next 14 days so yes things are great here. Looks to be as late as last year if forecasts hold true. Looking at that map though there is no way my county is 75% planted. Maybe 40-50 at best.
