I have checked the signal coming from the hitch at the ELC. It seems to work correctly and the voltage change is smooth.


We have checked all of the wires and connections that we can.


I am leaning toward the ELC being defective.  Hopefully I can get the part or figure out how to bypass the circuitry if someone can explain if the raise and lift solenoids are controlled using voltage or frequency.
