southern nebraska | Sounds to me that your hitch sensor has failed. You should be able to put a jumper between b and c and it should go up and unplug it should go down, I am sure you have but check for voltage there. That is a good diagram that most mechanics should be able to follow without problems. Draft sensors take a beating along with the wires. Double check wires and we had lots of connection issues with ours so check those out as well.
