I'll have to agree with the above post and say that it would only be worth it if the corn was leaving the farm ASAP.
It is too risky to have 'blended' corn in a bin for storage and to be borderline is inviting damage to good corn.
I'd say cut your losses with the 10%, and maybe just add it to the new corn this fall.
We dump hot into our bins and cool them with a fan in our cold Minnesota air, almost up to Thanksgiving. From spring thaw to a few weeks ago is constant checking of moisture levels to ensure that the bin won't 'heat' and that is never good.
