I think they’ll be good but I haven’t had a chance to try them yet. I just found this company in March so I didn’t get to try them.
I work for a CAT Dealer and we do a ton of rentals with tracked machines, even in the winter. I’m gonna try and push these bolt on cleats next fall to customers. The cost of purchasing them is around $6500 per machine (I think?) if you really get aggressive with the spacing (you can put them on every other, 3rd, 4th, etc pad) and the time and labor savings, plus the savings on a trailer during loading seems to make these a no-brainer. But again, we’ll see!! |
