| We've used it on banded corn fertilizer the last two years. Definitely shows up as increased P levels in the plant in tissue tests. Not 100% sure on yield difference. Two years ago we did a strip trial with P with no avail, the same rate with avail, and a 20% higher rate without avail. The avail plot, and the 20% higher plot, had approximately the same tissue test numbers, but the avail corn looked drastically better. I think the dry down is going to be a little slower on the avail corn. The plants have tended to stay greener, longer, oh, and the N levels in the avail corn were higher than either the no avail or the plot with P and N also at a 20% higher rate.
