I've only had to change oil since I got it. I think it has enough power but probably not like the big boys with 500 HP. That would be more important in hill country, mines flat lands. I think the 11.1L is the same engine as the 12.7L just smaller bore, stroke. I have plenty of power coming out of the fields.
Detroit Diesel 11.1 any good?
