We have run 9560Rs in the past and currently run a 9520R and 9570R.  Our tractors pull air drills and occasionally a heavy harrow.  The 9520R has the suspended front axle and I really haven't seen any reason to have another one or any difference in the ride.  I have been told they work really good in smoothing out power hop but our tractors don't power hop since they are weighed down by the cart on the drill.  Far as 9560R vs 9570R, do you want a Cummins or JD engine?  Thats the main difference although there are some smaller ones like the fuel tank being moved to the back like a Steiger.  And we have never had any problems with all three models.
