Backhoe has got hard to start. Takes a lot of cranking before it even starts to smoke and then eventually starts. Changed the two fuel filters on the side of the engine and had an inline down by the tank. Its almost like its bleeding fuel back or getting air, all fittings are tight, Any ides where to start? Is there a check valve possibly somewhere or can it be around the fuel pump? TIA Hilbilly
