Dodge Co, Wi | Agree with you there, kind of, typically around here the processors go into corn after its past it's prime for fresh eating, since the processing can make up for it some how through blanching/freezing....but the hybrids they use are by far the best when they are at the prime fresh point... my favourite being BSS 5362 from Rogers, another good one is GSS 9299 although it does have a tendency to 'bearpaw'. | |
