Devils Lake, ND
I've read some candy production has moved to Canada for cheaper sugar, taking jobs with them. American vegetable growers have moved production to Mexico to get cheaper labor. I don't blame candy producers for trying to get the import quota cracked, but don't have tolerance for their lying and whining.

Just tell the truth. The world price is half to two-thirds the US price and they want the cheaper product. We import urea, potash, oil and natural gas into the US, why not sugar?
