Pressure Washer and good respirator. Wet vacumn the water and dispose of water.

I remember seeing guys grind oversized brake shoes down to make them for the drums. I also remenber as asestos cement decks (Shelves) in bread/ pizza ovens and manufacturer said don't bake directly on the decks until they had grease on them and been worn in a bit so the asbestos would stay in place. I guess it is not wanted in the lungs but would pass through digestive system.
