North of London | I am no expert but I think you can make bread from any wheat it is just the quality that changes.
Hard wheats have more protein and I think that factors into how the bread bakes up and tastes perhaps in looks too.
If you have the wheat and a way to grind it give it a try and let us know how it turns out.
Maybe you will find other ways to use it rather than the traditional loaf of bread | |
