From your post it is not clear whether the WRONG VARIETY WAS LOADED, but tagged correctly, OR whether the RIGHT VARIETY WAS LOADED, but tagged INCORRECTLY. If the former applies, the farmer should have caught it, but still an issue of incompetent warehouse help to resolve. If the second applies, there is a more serious issue to resolve. A mistake is different than fraud.
